What's the purpose of the trial period?

As a member of a brand new community, we offer a trial period to give the time to the e-nergyze’s community to grow and the time for our members to get familiar with this new eco-system..

What happens if I cancel my subscription?

When you cancel your subscription, we will delete all your data related to your sessions. You will still have access to your profile and your e-nergyze web account.

From your mobile application, you will be able to start or stop a session. All services will not be available. At any time, you can restart the service from your e-nergyze web account.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. You can cancel at any time without any penalty fee.

As soon as you re-register, you get all the previous features and some new ones because we are constantly improving the service and take your comments into account.

Which methods of payment do you accept?

We accept most payments. You will find the list at the bottom of this website.

Is VAT calculated in the price?

For European countries, the price includes the VAT.
For California, the VAT is excluded.

How long is the warranty?

All the products are guaranteed for one year. In case of an issue, we will repair or exchange the product as soon as possible.

What if I need to modify my order?

You can contact our customer service via WhatsApp or by Chat (icons on the left and right of this website), and we will modify your order at your convenience if the product is not already shipped.

What if I need to change my shipping address?

We can change your shipping address at no additional cost for a delivery in the same country.

In case the product is already sent, we will do our best with our transporter to modify the delivery address.

Can I get same day delivery?

For this short delay, you can contact our customer service via WhatsApp or by Chat (icons on the left and right of this website), and we will arrange the delivery with our transporter. An additional fee will be charged in this particular case.

How can I use the 30 days Money back guarantee?

We are sorry the product doesn’t fit your expectations. Before to use this guarantee, do not hesitate to contact us to understand your dissatisfaction and propose a solution.

In case you decide to use this guarantee, please send your product to the address on the card included in the package. The shipping is at your own cost.

Upon receipt and the product in good condition, you will be refunded 100%.

What to do in case my product is not working within the three years guarantee?

Our products have one year guarantee. In case of electronic or mechanic defect, we will exchange your product as soon as possible. Please contact our customer service via WhatsApp or by Chat (icons on the left and right of this website), and we will arrange the exchange with our transporter.

Despite all the attention we bring to the manufacturing of our products, we do apology in advance if your are experiencing some issues.
